“The only impossible journey is the one you never begin.” - Anthony Robbins

Growing up and going to school in Navis and Innsbruck, my further personal educational journey also continued in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps. After a short excursion into the field of law, I found my place at the Management Center Innsbruck in 2017. This was the beginning of a new and exciting journey that opened up numerous opportunities for my personal and professional development.

Among other things, I was offered the chance to study abroad for half a year, which made my love for foreign cultures, languages and traveling grow even more. Through my studies I not only had the opportunity to gain theoretical insights into the world of business, but also to gain professional experience in real companies from different industries. My domestic internship in human resources management and marketing, as well as my internship abroad in marketing, have awakened in me a special interest in various structures and processes within organizations.

Three years after the question "Balance sheet – excuse me?" my studies in "Nonprofit, Social and Health Care Management" ended with a degree, a basket of great experiences and many unanswered questions. Driven by the new thirst for knowledge, my educational journey continued at the University of Innsbruck with the master's program "Organization Studies". Here I dived deep into the world of organizations, learned to better understand the complexity behind processes, structures and cultures, and found answers to many of my questions. For the first time, I got a sense of how significant it can be for organizations to leave the old behind when necessary and embark on a journey of transformation that may at first seem impossible.

For me personally, I have also been coming to this realization for some time. This includes the assumption that almost nothing is impossible – after all, not so long ago it seemed unthinkable to me to find a company that matches my interests and attitudes in so many ways before completing my master's degree.

Now, as a working student, I can call myself a part of TMAG and I am content to be able to support the team in their daily work. In addition, I see the great opportunity to gain unique insights into the consulting business. With enthusiasm I am now going another path with the experienced team of TMAG.
