"The best way to prepare for the future is to concentrate all of one's intelligence and enthusiasm on doing today's work exceptionally well." - Dale Carnegie
Looking at social phenomena from various perspectives and unlocking the potential of teams and individuals are things that have always fascinated me. Intrigued by social processes, I decided to pursue a degree in Sociology with a focus on Work and Organizational Sociology at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen- Nürnberg. During my bachelor's studies, I gained fundamental knowledge about how organizations function and the cultural norms and values that shape employee behavior. Understanding how these structures influence employees' work behavior, motivation, and performance was particularly fascinating. Now, in my master's program in Business Psychology, I have the opportunity to deepen these insights further.
Throughout my studies, I have completed various internships, including one at GfK in market research and another in the Legal department at PUMA in Herzogenaurach. During a semester abroad at Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, I studied Political Science and further improved my language skills. Now, as an integral part of TMAG, I have the opportunity to witness firsthand how this organization makes a positive impact on both individuals and enterprises, guiding them through transformative processes with effectiveness and inspiration.Within a short time, I realized the passion and expertise with which the TMAG operates, and I am looking forward to be part of driving progress as a member of TM AG.
