„Change your thoughts and you change your world.“ – Norman Vincent Peale
At an early stage it was clear to me that I was just as intrigued by individuals as I was by groups and their dynamics. This is why I started studying psychology which at first brought me to the University of Trier in 2015.
During my studies I completed a broad variety of internships. As an enthusiastic and active person, I participated in internal trainings of the Audi AG in Neckarsulm as well as team training sessions with an adventure-based education approach in Regensburg and most recently I was part of the HR development department at IKB (Innsbrucker Kommunalbetriebe).
During that time, I realised that communication is essential for (successful) human interaction. Therefore, I decided to become a systemic counsellor alongside my master’s degree, which I obtained at the Justus Liebig University Gießen.
The central elements of solution- and resource-oriented dialogue correspond with my personal idea that there is always an individually tailored approach to finding a solution. In a nutshell, every individual holds a set of skills that assists in finding those solution. Thus, for me it is particularly exciting to enable and support such processes.
Since I was particularly driven by the concept of systemic counselling, I became part of the student consultancy "180 Degrees" to gain first practical experiences in the field. Based on what a learned during this time, I decided to take the path of management consulting and fortunately met Transformation Management AG, which matched many of my ideas and values.
With my creativity, optimism and appreciation I want to be a part of the further development of companies, teams and individuals in a sustainable way. As a member of the TM AG team, I have been given the chance to use what I have learned and to gain new and exciting experiences!
